This is the first video made for a noir-styled web series set in the grim dark future of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, deep in the bowels of one of the countless hive cities that are home to billions throughout the galaxy. We can only assume there must be at least one film gumshoe antihero type who’s out to crack a case and make a buck in the process.
That grimdark gumshoe is none other than Griff Stubber, fixer for hire.
Episode Summary
In this case Griff is presented with the task of tracking down and returning a young wayward uphiver at the behest of a noble family’s agent. As the plot unfolds we find that the uphiver is up to know good and Griff is going to need some backup from a local gang that’s always looking to improve their reputation with the movers and shakers in the Spire.

Denizens of the hive
Griff along with Harlowe, his sidekick with a haunted past, shake the hab-domes trolling for clues from hive-dwellers who’d rather not squawk.
Inner monologue
Griff lets his bolt pistol and power fist do most of his talking.
House Goliath dandies
Who said tough guys can’t be fancy? The Big Wigs only show up to sip tea and crush sumpers, and they’re all out of darjeeling.
